Every piece is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days of handling, then ships. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total, and you get tracking as soon as it leaves for you.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the size chart on this page before ordering — made-to-order means exchanges are slower than fast fashion. If something arrives flawed or damaged, contact us and we will make it right at no cost.
Are the tiles actually accurate?
That is the whole point. The one-bam is a bird on a stalk, the soap is an empty blue frame, one paint color per suit — drawn from scratch so your table would nod, not squint. Nothing here reproduces any league card; every hand string is invented.
Will the print hold up to real laundry?
Yes — designs are printed with inks rated for repeated washing. Turn it inside-out, wash cold, skip the dryer when you can, and the engraving outlasts the Tuesday group.
